Winston Morris, Jr.
Memorial services for Winston Morris, Jr., 55, of White Oak will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, October 10, 2008 at the Fellowship Bible Church, Longview with the Reverend Jim Johnson officiating. Services are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. He passed away Tuesday, October 7, in a Longview hospital.
Morris was born June 27, 1953 in Dallas and had been a resident of the Longview/White Oak area for the past 45 years. He was a graduate of Pine Tree High School and Baylor University and was a lifetime member of the Baylor Bears Club. He was a truck driver for Skeeter Boat Co. Winston was a devoted husband and father and enjoyed working with various youth groups in his church, particularly the youth choir and went on numerous tours with them. He was a member of Fellowship Bible Church.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 30 years, Debbie Morris of White Oak; daughters, Whitney and Kelly Morris both of White Oak; sister, Mary Lu Alldredge of Euless, TX; brother, Greg Morris of Glenwood; parents, Winston, Sr. and Frances Morris of Longview; and several nieces and nephews.
