Rachel and Bill were our leaders in Training Union at FBC. They were both wonderful role models and examples. I am so thankful to have had people like that in my life. Bill was smart, a good leader, a fine family man, an excellent business man and above all he was a Christian who lived out his faith. He was so helpful to so many people. My deepest sympathy is extended to the Rice Family. I worked with Bill many years at Smith Barney. He was the sweetest. I knew he loved the Lord and I shared with him one day that my oldest daughter, Madi has accepted Jesus. He left the office and came back with a bible for her to celebrate her decision.
