I WILL MISS HIM AND ALL THE GREAT TIMES WE HAD AT THE RACE TRACK AND AROUND LAKE CHEROKEE.##imported-begin##MARVIN HART##imported-end##
I will never forget working with Byron to build a track, get starting gates and begin training his homebreds to race right there in his backyard. It was quite an experience for both of us and I am happy for him to have had his facility and horses to inspire him through his retirement years. My condolences to you, Lisa and Jimmy, and to all of Byron's beloved friends and family.##imported-begin##Lona Boyd##imported-end##
Many sincere condolences to Byron's family on his passing.
Byron, his family, & I "sweated" through a lot of horse races that his horses were involved in, and we had many good times at the races. I always respected the way Byron and Sam and the "Barn" would breed, train, and race his thoroughbreds.
Byron was a unique individual, and I am proud to call him my friend.##imported-begin##Bill & Jonelle Meredith##imported-end##
