Waurine was my first girlfriend in the seventh grade in Liberty Hill. My deepest condolences to the family.
Waurine (Wart) Box, as I knew her, was my first cousin to my Uncle Jim's (Chester Box) who was my mothers (Lois Campbell -Box) brother. We were very close with all of Uncle Jim & Aunt Joannes kids & grandkids. We visited back & forth often. Waurine was a strong independent woman for sure! I can't tell you if the bags of Fritos Lay chips we had lol she was smart & opinionated and its a shame that she couldn't see the new administration be inaugurated this year to see country she loved be turned around! Another good one gone. She'll be with all the others that went before her including my own Mom, her Aunt Lois that she loved so much. See you later Wart!
