S. M. "Ducky" Duckworth's Obituary
Graveside services for S.M. “Ducky” Duckworth, age 83 0f Henderson, will be held Tuesday September 24, 2013 at 10:000am at the Mt. Hope Cemetery with Rev. Clay Duckworth officiating. Burial will follow under the direction of the Rader Funeral Home.
Mr. Duckworth was born March 3, 1930 in Wellington, Kansas to Robert Grady and Louise May Duckworth, and died Saturday September 21, 2013 in Henderson. He had lived in Henderson since 1995, and was a retired Truck driver. Mr. Duckworth was also a veteran having served in the US Navy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers Bill and Neal Duckworth.
He is survived by his wife Lolita Duckworth of Henderson, daughters, Kathie Pike and husband Gerald of Henderson, Charmaine Lillicrappe and husband Robin of Australia, and Rusty Young of Kansas, sons, Michael Duckworth and Eloise of Henderson, Brett Duckworth and wife Angie of Montana, Jeffrey Duckworth and wife Crystal of Kansas, Wade Duckworth of Kansas, and Rev. Clay Duckworth and wife Leana of Houston, also surviving are 23 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6pm -8pm Monday at the Funeral Home
