As a Longview realtor, I got to know Wayne fairly well. He was a very caring individual who loved his family and would tell me about each of you. He would help anyone at anytiime, if the need came to his attention. I am sorry that I did not know that he was so ill. Because of a school boark meeting, I was not able to come to visitation and bcause of other committments, we will not be able to attend the service. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with each of you in the days to come. He is now home with Rusty. May God be with you and bless each of you.

Rosanne and all Wayne's Family, I'm so sorry to learn of Wayne's passing.I wish I had kept in touch more. My life is comsumed with solving a problem ,getting my son Robbie back home. I spent most of my adult life as part of Wayne's family.He was a know it all, full of advice if you asked, kind of like me. In a time of personal crisis I turned to Wayne for help and some of that advice, and for the rest of my life, I'm grateful. When you lost Rusty ,Wayne was changed,as all were,... He told me at Jordan's funeral what I didn't understand , "this is not the hardest day, its coming later, a lot of hard days to come". A warning, to be prepared for what he knew and was so hard for him. Months,years later, I understood what he was trying to tell me. Please allow me to add the names of two other grandkids ,raised to call him Pawpaw, Jordan Barnes Woods and Robbie Woods .
