It was an honor for me to work with Roy for several years in the Kilgore Office of the Railroad Commission. After transferring to Austin, I continued to stay in communication with Roy. Roy was a very valuable asset to the Commission. His work with the Commission was more than just a job for him. He was very devoted and loyal to the Commission. He always went above and beyond the call as he went about his duties. When he left the Commission, he was missed. Now we will all miss him.
