Ronald G. "Ron" McFadden
A family memorial service for Ronald G. "Ron" McFadden, 69, of Dallas will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2012 in the Atrium of Alpine Church of Christ. Mr. McFadden passed away Friday, November 30 in Longview. In honoring his request, cremation arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview.
Ron was born December 28, 1942 in Jacksonville, TX to Ira and Hazel McFadden and was a longtime resident of Dallas. He was a retired plumber, following in his fathers footsteps. He was a 1961 graduate of Longview High School. Ron's generosity, loving sweet spirit will be missed by his family and all who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Sarah Mays and brother, Larry McFadden.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted sister, Debbie Knight and husband Adrian of Longview; brother-in-law, Doug Mays and wife Donna of Daingerfield; he was a loving and dedicated uncle to his niece, Andrea Love and his nephews, Tim Goedeke, Jonathon Mays, Christopher Mays, Michael Secord, Baker Knight, Morgan Knight and Garrison Knight; and several great nieces and nephews and other relatives.
