I was so sorry to hear of Sullys' passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you Darlene, Marilyn, and family. My memories are from school and that long ride on the school bus to and from the Sullivan home. Sully was a quiet kind young man throughout those years.

Sully was Commander of the Walter P. Lane Sons of Confederate Veterans in Longview when I joined the SCV. He was always very proud of his Confederate heritage. He taught me a lot & I was proud to attend many parade's, memorial services, dedication's, reenactments for Confederate soldiers with Sully. He will be greatly missed by everyone in our camp & across the Texas Confederation.
