He welcomed me as a new member of Winterfield 9 years ago and loved to joke with me on Sun. mornings. And I always looked forward to seeing his smiling face on Wednesdays at Sterling Club.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Your dad was a fun guy. It has been a long time, but we use to have a fun time together. We go back a long ways. I too was born in Woodfield, Ohio. After we moved to Longview, then came my Aunt Mildred, your Aunt Edith, and their friend Evelyn. Then came your mother and dad and then your grandparents. It's sad that an era has ended.
