Dear Folks, We worked with Bro. Jack & his family when we were pastoring in Evangeline & Iota. He was in Midland at the time and we will never forget him. He was a great pastor, servant and friend. We think about and enjoyed those days that we worked together. He came back for a revival at Iota and the people really turned out. He was so funny and friendly and the people enjoyed his humor and warm- hearted ways. He had good stories to tell that people found to be interesting while he preached the Gospel and made going to church fun. He will be missed and there will never be another like him. He was a humble person and always put the other person first. He was real, there was no put on about him and you always felt like you were with a sincere person that had a real love for the people and the Lord. We want to thank you for putting that obit in the Crowley paper. There will be people that will be glad to know this. We know he is in a better place today and wouldn't trade what he has. He loved the Lord and the family can take comfort in the fact that he had a personal relationship with Jesus. May the Lord bless you and keep you.
