Rayford Williams' Obituary
Memorial graveside services for Rayford Williams, age 84 of Nacogdoches, will be held Thursday June 27, 2013 at 10:00am at Lakewood Memorial Park in Henderson with Chaplin Freddie Bird officiating. Services are under the direction under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Henderson.
Mr. Williams was born February 11, 1929 to Luther H. and Lorene Williams in Henderson and died June 19, 2013 in Nacogdoches.
Rayford retired from United Gas/Entex companies after 42 years of service having missed only one day of work. During this time he worked in many towns in the East Texas area. He was a member of the Fredonia Baptist Church in Nacogdoches.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years Bess Williams of Nacogdoches, son Jody Williams of Nacogdoches brothers Benny Williams of Canton, and Robert Williams of Henderson. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
