I HAD THE PLEASURE OF TAKING CARE OF MR. PHIPPS AT LRMC. HE HAD SUCH A SWEET SPIRIT AND ALWAYS MANAGED TO GIVE ME A SMILE. HE WAS A JOY TO BE AROUND. I AM SO GLAD I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO KNOW HIM AND HIS WIFE. THEY ARE BOTH VERY PRECIOUS! MAY GOD SURROUND ALL OF YOU WITH HIS LOVE. IN OUR PRAYERS.

I feel blessed to have had the chance to know Mr. Phipps and have the opportunity to work with him during his different stays at LRMC. He is truly an inspiration in the way he lived life and charged ahead no matter what life threw at him.
