No words can really express the person that Peggy was. She took my parents in and was a dear friend to them as they set upon their mission in Longview. Then she remained their friend throughout their lives and once again that friendship will be renewed in Heaven. We loved her and CG and pray for the family. Mother told me so many times over the years how kind Peggy was to her when she came to Longview as a lonely, homesick newlywed in 1952. Your mother would come visit several times a week. Few people have someone who loves them unconditionally beyond their Mothers. Peggy loved unconditionally and I always knew I had a dear Friend who had a kind word, a Reader's Digest joke or words of wisdom, whatever she felt you needed. Thank you for letting me share time with your mom. She always greeted me with a smile and a hug. She could always make me laugh and always had a story to tell.
