To all the family , please accept my deepest condolances.I was in Washington in 1974 when Paul was sworn in as Regional Director. We met for the first time at that ceremony in the old DOL auditorium and little did I know that Paul and I would be in the same region for almost 20 years. I retired in 1994 from DOL-Wage Hour and decided to drive to Alaska that year. So did Paul. We communicated back and forth on that trip, however he took a route different than the one I took. I returned to Dallas in three weeks, however Paul stayed.I cannot count the number of times that Paul helped me work through some difficult political issues in the region. He was always there to listen and discuss the problems. Seemed like he knew everyone in the state. He was one of the best Secretary's Representive in the county. He was a good friend that will be missed.God's speed--Paul.
