Funeral services for Nellie L. Campbell, 86, of Longview will be held at Two O'clock pm Friday January 30, 2009 at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home 1617 Judson Road with Reverend Bobby Moore officiating. Entombment will follow at Rosewood Park Mausoleum under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Mrs. Campbell passed away Wednesday January 28, 2009.
She was born October 28, 1922 in Fairfax, Missouri to Dolph and Vivian Miller. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Catherine Saunders and husband Lynn of Longview, TX.; Carolyn Campbell of Dallas, TX.; two grandchildren, Jeremy Paul Saunders, Cristi Elmore and husband Seth, one sister, Lou Ella Davis of Tarkio, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her husband John Paul Campbell in 2002 and her parents and other siblings.
The family will receive friends on Friday January 30, 2009 from 1-2 pm at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank the Summer Meadows Nursing Home Staff for their gentle care of Mrs. Campbell and the many friends who visited her during her stay.
