I knew before I ever met her that she was someone very special. And she was. A true lady always. It's obvious that she was a wonderful mother as well. Cathy, my thoughts are with you. I lost my mother back in 1982 when I was 31. I miss her every day. No one else in your life has been with you every second of your being. No one else carried you in their womb and delivered you into this world. Celebrate the time you had with your Mom. I am so sorry at the loss of your sweet mama. While I never had the opportunity to meet her personally, knowing you and your character and values gives me insight into what a fine person she was. She must have taken great joy in the woman that you grew up to be.
My mama has been gone for 4 years and I still talk to her. I am sure that she is still watching over me.
