Cathy, Carolyn, and family: My first impression of your mother was formed hearing your daddy talk about her way back when at Riff's. His eyes twinkled every time. I knew before I ever met her that she was someone very special. And she was. A true lady always. It's obvious that she was a wonderful mother as well. May your sorrow be eased in knowing that she's with her sweetheart now and his eyes are twinkling again.

I am so sorry at the loss of your sweet mama. While I never had the opportunity to meet her personally, knowing you and your character and values gives me insight into what a fine person she was. She must have taken great joy in the woman that you grew up to be.
My mama has been gone for 4 years and I still talk to her. I am sure that she is still watching over me.

No one else carried you in their womb and delivered you into this world. Celebrate the time you had with your Mom. Always learn from her lessons, and cherish her selflessness towards you, your sister, and your children.
