Dear Nelda,
Not too long ago, you had texted me from Longview & shown me pictures of Mama Red, and the 2 babies you took with you when you went to care for Aunt Sue. I told you what a good Mama Bushytail you were when I saw those babies in the palm of your hand. You had a true passion and love.
It has been a true pleasure, Cousin, for all of us to be on the receiving end of your wit, your hilarious stories, and your compassion. Lady, you are 'something else', and we are greatful to have been in contact with you. I will miss your frequent emails and hearing about your bushytailed friends. You will really be missed by everyone. Carmen & I were talking about the time you, Aunt Sue, Mary Ann & Baby Joy Dale were visiting us. You were trying to teach us how to march properly and you looked so cool with your blond hair, dressed in black. We heard a wolf whistle, and Carmen remembered me saying, "They must be whistling at all of us"....even though we obviously were not the object of the whistle....it was you.
