RICHARD, I HAVE JUST FOUND OUT ABOUT MILDRED. I AM SO SORRY AND I KNOW YOUR LOSS WILL BE GREAT.
JUST ONE REMEMBRANCE REGARDING MILDRED AND I HAVE SO MANY AS WE ROOMED TOGETHER ON MOST OF THE BAND TRIPS. GEORGE AND I HAD BEEN MARRIED A YEAR, HE WAS IN SCHOOL AT A&M AND I WAS PREGNANT 7 1/2 MONTHS I WENT INTO LABOR. FOR ONE COMPLETE WEEK MILDRED CAME TO BE WITH ME AND RUBBED MY BACK - UNTIL THE DOCTOR TOLD HER SHE HAD TO STOP AS IT WAS STOPPING MY CONTRACTIONS. SHE STOPPED AND I HAD A WONDERFUL LITTLE BOY.

Dear Richard & family: My love of Millie goes so far back to when Marvin & I would tease her, with her sweet, naive reactions. She always reminded me that I taught her to twirl. I truly loved her--and felt such love from her. God bless you every one who are now without her and who miss her. What a precious, loving light you have lost. She loved so sweetly and completely.
