I had known Mike since 2007, when I began working as a delivery driver for his Louis Morgan #1 pharmacy. I was obliged to leave employment in 2013 because of my own health problems. I just want to say that I knew him as a kind, generous, and truthful man who never forgot his friends and colleagues. I was truly shocked to learn of his passing and I offer my prayers and condolences to his family and all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Mike did indeed put his customers first. In the early nineties, my husband Amos Fowler had a heart transplant. Only once did he fail to pick up his anti-rejection drug prescription before closing time. He hated to have to call Mike at home, but he didn't have much choice....it was a Saturday. Well... it just so happened that Mike was needing to come back to the drugstore for some reason or another anyway......so Amos got his much needed prescription. :) Mike was like that. He always had time to stop and answer questions and help ease a person's mind if he could. He was an exceptional man, and his loss will be deeply felt.
