Michael Bourquin's Obituary
Michael Bourquin, 73, of Longview passed away February 3, 2019. He was born to Oscar and Martha Bourquin November 13, 1945 in Dallas, TX.
Growing up he attended local schools in Arlington and graduated from Arlington, High School. On October 7, 1978 Michael met Barbara Townley and they were married in Walnut Springs, TX March 10, 1979. He worked for O.&D. Manufacturing from 1976-1981 and Trinity Industries for 6 years. Michael enjoyed and was skilled at playing both the guitar and harmonica and was an avid photographer. He was a long-time member of Calvary Tabernacle in Longview.
Those left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 40 years Barbara Bourquin, sister Judy Bourquin, a half-brother Dale Armstrong, many nieces, nephews and a host of extended family.
His parents and brother Larry Bourquin precede him in passing.
Funeral services will be Friday, February 8, 2019 at Calvary Tabernacle in Longview starting at 11am with visiting 1 hour prior to service. Interment will follow services at Rosewood Park.
