Martha Myrick Dunn's Obituary
Martha Dunn was known as Mom, Sister, Grammy, Grandmother and Friend. She attended Longview High School and was a proud member of the class of '57. She also attended the University of TN at Martin and graduated at the age of 43 with a BS in Education. She loved teaching and made a difference in so many lives.
She leaves behind a sister, Mary Nowak (James) of Longview, TX, son, Keith Reynolds (Kathy) of Kingwood, TX, daughters Kim Bazer (Rusty Richardson) of Bossier City, LA, and Kathy Cernosek (Mike) of Richmond, TX and nephew, Kelly Flanagan (Jamie) of Cocoa Beach, FL. She also leaves behind to cherish her memories 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren along with numerous friends.
In lieu of a service, the family requests donations to be made in her memory to Longview High School / Class of '57.
The family would like to express their deepest gratitude to the staff of Havencare Nursing and Rehab and to Compass Hospice. We appreciate the outpouring of love and compassion you gave to our mom. she was born June 16, 1939, here in Longview and passed away January 26, 2022.
As per her wishes there will be no public services. Private cremation arrangements are under the care of Rader Funeral Home in Longview.
