Vici let me know that Uncle Marshall had passed. The more someone is loved, the more they are missed.
Of course, there are many good memories, but I'll always remember how much it meant to see him and Aunt Lenore in Dallas when I had business there. We had some good visits on those times.
My love and thoughts are with you all and a special long distance hug for Uncle Sam.

Lillian,linda,Diana,Sam,and your families.
Sorry I cannot be with you at this very special time. However I am with you in heart and spirit. Marshall wasan is a dear sweet and precious man. He sowed joy and good cheer where ever he was, a gentle man and one of great character, who loved and enjoyed life, and was so proud of his family.
I know you will miss him, may the God of all comfort, be gracious and comfort you in your grief. May He bless you to be a help, a strength and a comfort to one another. Hold fast to all that was good the fun times, the laughter the good humor, all the love and caring that was shown and expressed.
He is home safe and for free and we can all rejoice and be glad for such a great gift. Love to all, Aunt Vi##imported-begin##Viola Shorter##imported-end##

I was the physical therapist that treated Mr. Shorter at GSMC after his storke. Although our time together was relatively short, he made a lasting impression and will always have a special place in my memories. He was a wonderfully funny man who had a real zest for life. I write these words with deepest sympathy , and am truly sorry for your loss.##imported-begin##Jennifer Jennings##imported-end##
