Mass of Christian for ?Luanne? Favre, 58, of Longview, TX., will be held at 10 am Monday, May 19, 2003 at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church, Bay St. Louis, MS,. A Rosary will be recited at 8 pm Sunday at Edmund Fahey Funeral Home, and visitation will be from 7 to 9 pm. Entombment will be in Gulf Coast Memorial Mausoleum. Longview arrangements are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. She died Wednesday, May 14, in Dallas hospital.
Mrs. Favre was born February 24, 1945 in Harlingen, TX. to Edward O. and Cora Elizabeth Harmon. She was a Register Nurse in labor and delivery at Longview Regional Medical Center. She completed the diploma program in 1967 in Sacramento CA., and received her associates degree. She was an avid reader and had a passion for collecting any thing associated with ?Precious Moments?. Also, she was a Christian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, David F. Harmon. Survivors include her husband, Byron P. Favre of Longview; brother, Jay Harmon of La Veta, CO.; step-daughters, Michelle Favre and Marie Wicker; grandson, Dwayne Favre and granddaughter, Amanda Cooper; and numerous nieces and nephews.
