Funeral services for Lois Anderson Rogers, age 97 of Henderson, will be held Saturday October 4, 2014 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home with Rev. Mark Headrick officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Ceme Read Obituary
Andy, Lauren and I are praying for you Scott, Katie and family. We love you and I know what Gan Gan meant to you all. God's love and peace to each of you.
Our family has been very blessed to have been able to care for Mrs. Rogers in the last years and days of her life. We loved her sweet spirit, her sense of humor, her optimism, and most of all her love and concern for each of us. I always found it very humbling that we were there to take care of her.......but really she has taken care of all of us. She never missed a moment to ask about our families, our husbands, our kids, even the dog. She never complained about a thing. Gave each of a kiss and told us she loved us before leaving and always before bed. She never missed a chance to tell you just how blessed she was that she lived such a long life. She touched all of us in a very special way. She was not our grandmother but she became Gan Gan to all of us. She was indeed one of a kind. May the Lord Bless you and Keep you in your hour of grief. To Scott and Katie....Thank You for choosing us to be a part of all of your lives. It has been a wonderful pleasure.
