Linda Kaye Jewett's Obituary
Funeral services for Linda Kaye Scheel Jewett, 52, of Longview, TX, will be 10 AM Saturday, March 7, at Fellowship Bible Church, Longview, with Reverend Jim Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Rosewood Park Cemetery under the direction of Rader Funeral Home, Longview. The family will greet friends at Fellowship Bible Church, 4600 McCann Rd., Friday March 6, from 5 to 7 PM.
Mrs. Jewett went to be with her Lord, Monday March 2, at her residence.
Linda was born October 19, 1956 in Hutchinson, Kansas to Alvin and Lois Scheel. She held a Masters degree and was a speech therapist at Hallsville ISD for the past 14 years. She and her family attended Fellowship Bible Church for many years.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 31 years, Kirk, daughters: Adriane Jewett of Lawrence, KS and Kristin Jewett of Longview, son: Scott Jewett and wife Lauren of Lafayette, IN., parents: Alvin and Lois Scheel of Buhler, KS, brothers: Dr. Bradley Scheel and Ron Scheel, both of Hutchinson, KS and a sister: Carol Miers of New Orleans, LA.
