I have been out of town, so I didn't learn of Lillian's passing until last night. She was a dear, sweet lady, always smiling. The quilting ladies will miss her much. The ancients had a special saying reserved for those who consistently and effortlessly personified Godly characteristics. When such a person entered the room, they would announce, "Make way for the presence of God."
Such a person was Lillian. She was one in whom God's Spirit dwelt richly and we are forever blessed for having known her. We will miss the kindness of her spirit and the sweetness of her smile.
