Garland Stevenson
I've been trying to call and text Leland for some time. I knew he had medical problems so finally checked the obituaries. Leland and I were classmates from 7th grade. We attended different elementary schools. We shared classes, worked in the concession sand of the Kilgore Drive in Theater, camped, fished, and did a lot of things together. He was the last high school classmate that I had contact with. I'll miss him. My wife, Sandra, and I visited with him in January of 2015. Ah! The tales I could tell of good times. I've spoken on the phone with Loretta in the past when I called Leland, and she was visiting. Leland was four months older than I.
