My condolences to the family. I cried a little when I heard. I cried a lot when I went down memory lane. But now I'm OK! Why, "because I know the Lord can be selfish when he claims someone for himself." There's no doubt that at this very moment while we are crying and reading these, Laura is somewhere entertaining someone with laughter! My God could this girl laugh! I don't know how we made it through H.S. She was the only person who was willing and could out silly me. Every day was a dare to make me laugh kinda day. It was so bad that when we saw each other in the hallway we would burst out in laughter for no apparent reason other than we got it. We got the fact that these dreadful long H.S. days were best overcome with laughter! So In her memory I refuse to cry, but rather honor her in memory with the joy of laughter she brought to my life! I will miss you my friend and every time I think of you I will laugh at some silly way you would try and make things better!

Laura was the most beautiful person I have ever known. Her joyful spirit was infectious in a way that made life better for anyone who met her. She loved as Christ loved. She will be missed and celebrated. My thoughts are with her family and friends.
