Larry L. Bissell
Graveside services for Larry L. Bissell, 52, will be held Saturday, July 2, 2005, at 10 a.m., Rosewood Park, 1944 FM 1844, Longview, Texas, in the Mausoleum Chapel.
Mr. Bissell was born September 10, 1952, in Tyler, Texas but grew up and attended school in Longview Texas. While a resident of Longview he attended First United Methodist Church. Larry graduated from Longview High School and went on to earn a degree in Architectural Engineering from Texas Tech University. He was an independent Architect and upon moving to California he established his office in San Luis Obispo, where he was also involved in real estate development, and other ventures.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Harry J. Bissell. Survivors include his mother, Olive Ruth Bissell; brother, R. Jay Bissell and wife, Nancy, of Longview; a niece, Lisa DeGeeter and husband Robert; two great nephews, Josh and Noah DeGeeter, of Richardson, Texas; and cousins, Beth Leach, Mike Leach and special friend Tess Beauchamp, of Lubbock, Texas.
Under the direction of Rader Funeral Home the services will be officiated by longtime family friend, the Rev. Randy Warren.
