REVEREND L. C. ORRICK
Graveside services for Reverend L.C. Orrick ,68, of Houston will be 2 PM Wednesday, February 20th at Memory Park Cemetery in Longview with the Reverend Bob Luton officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday evening, February 19th, 5 to 7 PM at Rader Funeral Home, 1617 Judson Rd. in Longview. Reverend Orrick died February 15th in Houston.
Reverend Orrick was born September 14, 1933 in Rotan, Texas to Cyrus and Mary Loretta Nash Orrick. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Kim Brent Orrick.
A retired Methodist Minister, he served churches for more than 50 years, presented the Hour of Hope on numerous radio stations, and helped untold numbers of students to get into college.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association. Those unable to attend may sign an online guest memorial book at www.raderfh.com.
Reverend Orrick is survived by an aunt, Syble Dent of Diana, Texas.
