L C was our pastor at St Philips UMC Houston for many years. He counseled my husband Tom and I and I am happy to report we are celebrating 54 years of marriage as of July 11, 2024. Best pastor our church ever had. He came back for a visit shortly before he passed away as I recall. He did a lot for our church. God Bless L C Orrick. Miss him!
L.C. was a wise and trusted minister to our family as long as he was at St. Philips United Methodist Church. He knew how to counsel the grieving, give advice to you when you asked, and show compassion when needed. I always kept in touch with L.C. after he left St. Philips and will miss him.
