Melony, We will continue to pray for you and the entire family. I am really sorry for the loss that you are feeling. I have not experienced losing a spouse, but I do know what it is like to lose someone that you love with all of your heart and I know the pain that comes with that. Thank you for your wonderful example of Christ's character through this whole journey. May God wrap His arms around you and keep you there. Love,

Dear Meloney and Children,
Kent was such a special person - so faithful to the church, his family and friends. Always smiling even in the hard times. We will miss him greatly. Please know that we will be remembering you in prayer during these days of adjustment.##imported-begin##Jean conaway##imported-end##

It has truly been an honor to be Kent's "Mean old Mother-in-law" as he called me at times. He knew I loved him and I knew he loved me. I loved to joke around with him as did he and I will miss him so very much.

One more trip to "The Farm" was just not to be. Gonna miss sitting around the shop having those long talks about... well just about everything. What a great son-in-law and friend.

Dear Mrs. Phillips, Melony, and kids, I have never been so inspired to live for the Lord than I was at Kent's funeral. Kent was truly a man after God's own heart. He was so dedicated to the Lord, and his family. I want yall to know how much we thought of him. You should all be thankful to have had a son, husband, and father like Kent. I have so many fond memories of him. Mrs. Phillips, when we would come see yall, and we'd play pool, and drink coke. When we went on vacations, he would dive off huge cliffs, into the lake. Playing spades in the back of the camper, and always having a smile for everyone. I remember the prayers he prayed for others in sunday school. So many memories of such a great guy. We love yall all.
