Uncle Kent...we hardly knew you, but in the time we had with you we loved you dearly. We will miss your sweet smile and your kind and loving manner. We pray the Dear Lords presence with your family, and are pleased that you are home with you Grandpa and Grandma, Dick, Shirlea, Paul, Steven, and Dwight.

We just heard about Kent's passing and our thoughts and prayers are with Gayle and the family. He was alway a pleasure to see at the Smith Reunions and always gave encouraging words. He will be missed and treasured.

Kent and Gayle became precious to me as I was honored to be a part of his "care team" of professionals at Longview Regional. Gayle being such a beautiful example of a Godly loving wife by rarely ever leaving Kent's side. It was my pleasure to lovingly care for Kent as his life journey drew to an end. What a beautiful and well lived life to celebrate!
