Terry, my heart breaks with you right now. I had only met your Dad a couple times, but I know he was a wonderful person. I can truly relate to how you are feeling and the hole that is in your heart right now. I won't lie and tell you the hole will close because it doesn't...I will say from my experience God has helped me deal with it. Memories of our Dads will always be with us and that's what we reflect on. And knowing their bodies aren't suffering any longer. I believe they've gone ahead of us to help prepare our eternal home we will one day see. It's our duty now to get there!! I have always loved you and always will. Dearest Terry, Words are so inadequate at a time like this but I want you to know how so sorry I am for your loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers everyday and I pray that the love and memories of your Dad will help day by day to lessen the pain of his being gone. There will always be a hole there but with time and the knowledge that your Father is with our Heavenly Father and one day He God will prepare a place for you with your earthly Father in Heaven. Kenneth was always one of my favorite people although many of my years knowing him, I was just a little girl. He was so nice to me every time I saw him. Later when I was an adult, it was a treat to run into him. The last time I saw Kenneth he came by Bates's house and I just happened to be there for a visit. He still had that same friendliness although on that day he had a lot on his mind. I am very sorry for all of your loss. I am especially thinking of Bates as I know him best of your family.
