Karry Choice Holt was carried by Angels to be with the Lord, Wednesday August 19, 2015 at the age of 93. She is survived by her son, Nate Holt and her daughter-in-law, Nancy Holt; along with grandchildren and great grandchildren. Read Obituary
Karry was always such a joy to visit with. She was encouraging and loved to recall happy times in her life. We will miss her smiling face. Nell Collins
I met Karry only once. I worked for Nathan Holt in the DA's office for several years and think of him often. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Mrs. Holt was my second grade teacher at South Ward Elementary I believe in 1968-69. She has always been one of my favorite teachers. Fast forward to the late nineties. My husband and I lived one street over from Mrs. Holt in Greenbriar neighborhood. She called me one day and asked me to come over. She had something to give me. We visited for awhile and then she handed me my packet of school pictures from the second grade. She had kept them all those years! I'll never forget that. Peace to your family.
