Funeral services for Juanita Morrow Stevens Crawford, 87, of Longview will be held at 2 PM Friday, April 7, 2010 in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home of Longview with Fred Morrow officiating. Burial will follow in Rosewood Park under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Longview. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the funeral home. Mrs. Crawford was born on November 10, 1922 in Quitman, Texas to William Luby and Lovie Kimbro Morrow. She held the title of "Miss Quitman" during her High School years and modeled for Linz Jewelers in Dallas. She taught speech and drama for over 40 years in Longview. She was married to Frank Stevens for 48years. He preceded her in death in 1991. Her family was very important to her, especially her grandsons and great granddaughters. She was married to Grady Crawford for 8 years.
A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Mrs. Crawford is survived by her son, Ray Stevens and wife Susan of Longview; grandsons, Chris Stevens and wife Kristi of Keller, and Ross Stevens and wife Christine of Burleson; great granddaughters, Karson, Reagan, Libby and Hannah. Step sons, Grady Crawford and wife Michael Ann of Baton Rouge, LA., and Richard Crawford and wife Becky of Longview. Those aerving as pallbeareres include, Chris Stevens, Ross Stevens, Grady Crawford, Richard Crawford, Joe Morrow and Johnathan Morrow.
