Joseph A Cucinotta, Sr.
Joseph A. Cucinotta, Sr., 69, of Longview, died on Saturday, May 7, 2005 at his home in Longview, TX surrounded by his family.
He was the husband of Mary S. Cucinotta, with whom he shared 44 years of marriage.
Born in Camden, NJ, he is the son of Rose Cucinotta, and the late Natale Cucinotta.
Mr. Cucinotta graduated from the Avon Grove High School, West Grove, PA in 1953. He was a member of the United States Air Force. He received his Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, and was a World Wide Buyer for Maxtor Corporation for 20 years, until his retirement in March 2003, at which time he retired to Longview, TX. During his retirement, he joined the Longview TASO Umpire Association and umpired for high school baseball teams in the local area.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Joseph A. Cucinotta, Jr. and his wife JoLynn; two grandchildren, Michael and Natalie Cucinotta all of Marshall, TX; and one brother, Thomas A. Cucinotta from Egg Harbor, NJ; and extended family, The Brook Family, and numerous friends and neighbors.
A memorial service will be held at the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 2401 Alpine, Longview, TX on Thursday, May 12, 2005 at 2 P.M..
