Dr. Lucas was very kind and respected. I remember him from my early childhood when I attended St. Mary's school with Todd. I am very sorry for your loss.
Dr. Lucas delivered my first born son in 1976 and he was my doctor until he retired. I respected this man so much and he was the best. My sincere condolences to his family.
Dr Lucas delivered my first born in 1984 when she Was 17 I went to work for him & that was truly a blessing for me because I had great respect for him. He was truly a kind, caring person. I worked for him for 3 yrs. He was a sweet friend. I know the reunion in heaven was a great one. I loved his humor. Until we meet again. RIP Doc❤️
No one in the Longview High School doubted that Richard Lucas would be a successful adult! Not only was he an outstanding doctor, but contributed to Longview in many other ways. Richard was a Christian leader in the Christian Church, but in many other worth well organizations. People will miss his kindness, patience, love, and truly concern for his human beings!
