Funeral services for Joe Curtis Short, 82, of Longview will be held at 2 PM Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Macedonia Baptist Church with Brother Steve Cochran and Brother Bob White officiating. Services are under the direction of Rade Read Obituary

Words can not express the loss I feel today over Mr. Short. I can still remember the wonderful times we shared camping in the Piney Woods and as neighbors in Alvin, Texas.
