Sharon and Family: I am sorry for your loss. I want you to know how strange but peaceful it was to sit in church this past Sunday, knowing you all sat in there Sunday a week ago. We lifted up your family in prayers as Jenna Hargrave asked for prayer concerns. I looked toward the side of the room where you all sat the last Sunday that Jerry was there and it was a peace about it. I got to know Jerry when we were all in the Good News Sunday School Class which met in the Fellowship Hall years ago. We always ended up sitting close to each other. The morning Jerry asked for prayers for Gary Bloodworth, I had to approach him. I graduated with Linda and I knew Gary from HSchool. I had no idea Gary had cancer. With that, Jerry and I connected. Through Gary's illness and death, we shared stories. I tried to shake his hand and speak to him each Sunday. Last Sunday, I felt his spirit and believe me, it was there. Sharon and girls, God Bless You and you will be in our prayers. He was a good man. Janet and Glenn Copeland##imported-begin##Janet Copeland##imported-end##

I am so sorry to hear of your loss, I worked for many years with Jerry and he always had a smile no matter what. Jerry always talked about his family and it was clear to everyone that his family was the most important thing in the world to him. You are in my prayers.
