Jerry W. Nall's Obituary
Jerry Wayne Nall passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2014 after a 13 year battle with cancer. Jerry was born to Melvin Hollis and Annie Ruth Nall of Texarkana, AR on June 24, 1949. He graduated from Arkansas High in 1967. Jerry married Aleatha M. Keen on June 29, 1973. They were happily married for over 40 years.
Jerry graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1969 with an Associate degree in Electronics Technology, the University of Houston in 1973 with a Bachelors degree, and from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1984 with a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling. Jerry worked as an evangelist with the churches of Christ for 39 years.
Jerry was preceded in death by his mother Annie Ruth Nall, and two infant children. His memory is lovingly kept by his wife Aleatha M. Nall of Longview, Tx, his son Philip Nall and his wife Virgina, daughter Ahnna Sumners and her husband Steven, daughter Shayla Sumners and her husband James, and son David Nall and his wife Meggan and his 5 grandchildren, Jerry Hunter, Jamie Glenn, Bella, Micah and Eric who lovingly called him Papa.
Visitation will be Thursday April 24, 2014 from 6-8 pm at Rader Funeral Home of Longview. Memorial Service will be Friday April 25, 2014 at 10 am at Pine Tree Church of Christ. Graveside services and burial will be at Corinth Cemetery in Fouke, AR at 3 pm.
