I'm so sorry to hear about Jena's passing. She was such a sweet and beautiful person. I wasn't given the honor to have danced with her on Belles because I was a freshman when she was a senior, but even after she graduated she was still an inspiration to the team. Her love and dedication to the Belles was truly genuine, seeing as how she would always take time out of her busy schedule to come and teach us her awesome pom routines. She was a delight and joy to be around and she's touched more lives than she'll ever know, and I'm so honored to be just one of the many she's inspired. We were leaving on vacation the day of Jena's funeral and I was not able to come to the services. Jena has always meant so much to me and even though I have not see her in some time, I will miss her dearly. I can't imagine what God's plan was in this situation, but we have to continue to trust him in EVERY situation even though it seems and sometimes is impossible. We will continue to pray for you and your family. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you.

Dear, Debbie,Josh and Angie I am very sorry to hear about Jena.I have fond, memories of her as a little blond headed girl who lived across the street in Gail Manor from my family and myself. How cute she really was back then. I only wish I could of known her better over the years as she became a wonderful Godly lady.My mother Opal, considered Jena as her daughter as well, but we have the assurance of seeing her in the Kingdom of Heaven one day soon! Debbie, Losing one of my children has always been one of my greatest fears. I can't begin to immagine the devistation you are experiencing. One of the joys of raising our children in a community such as ours, is the pleasure we derive from watching each of them evolve into adulthood. Jena was always an angel, now she will wear wings. She will continue to watch over us, guide us, influence us all in decisions that we make. She is referred to as a role model, a delight to be around and she will never be forgotten by anyone who has met her. She has made an impact on my life and yours and when we need her once more, she will come through as she always did. We must remember and learn from her because as we've seen, life is all to often too short.
