Very sorry to hear of Jay's passing. He was such a kind and thoughtful individual. We visited briefly at the funeral for my mom in '97 in Greenville. We really appreciated his effort to be with us at that time - he and my mom were cousins by marriage through Nancy's family. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family members.##imported-begin## J. I want to share my condolenses to Jay's family. I am one of the Paris boys who knew Jay well and also played in the band. Regret I had not seen him in many years, but I remember him with great fondness. "Willie"##imported-begin##Dr. Charles Williams##imported-end##

I was so sorry to read that Jay had passed away. I know he is happy with his eternal reward, but those of us he left behind will miss him. He has been a wonderful client, friend and confidant for many years. I always enjoyed our long conversations because Jay brought such a lite and humorus side to what we talked about. I loved him and will miss him greatly.

Jay was such a wonderful man. I was blessed to know Jay and Nancy at First Methodist Church for so many years.
Jay touched each and every person he came in contact with.
I hold the entire family in my prayers.
