Funeral services Jamie Ellyn Goodan, 38, of Longview, will be held 2 PM Thursday at the Mobberly Baptist Church, Longview, with Chaplain Ben Andrus officiating. Interment will follow in Gladewater Memorial Park, Gladewater, Texas. Read Obituary
Jamie and I went to school together and when I heard of her passing it really touched me. Will never forget the sleep overs we had. Her father called me Sam. Loved her parents! We always had a blast. You are missed Jamie.
she was so fair and sweet and compassionate. there are not enough words to describe how thoughtful and nurturing she was. i miss you soooo much. so does mom. its hard to go on after loosing someone like her. heaven must be full of gardens that she tends and children to love and hold, for those are just a couple of things she would love to do now. YOU were a mother to me when i was small. YOU were my protector and friend. YOU held the hands of many during hard times and kept and open ear and gave great advice and yet kept your problems hidden away to not burden us.YOU were my bridesmaid this month of july 2011, even if your body was not present. i love you so much and its so hard to wait to see you in heaven. im glad you are in heaven with god and his love, looking over us all, still, assisting angels. : thank you for being so amazing to me and your son nick.
