Pat was a wonderful example in high school of rising above one's circumstances to become a caring, contributing person. His quiet charm and wonderful sense of humor endeared him to those of us who were blessed with his friendship. I didn't know Pat well, but he did attend Menard High School in Alexandria for a short time when I attended the sister school, Providence. Pat contacted me several months before his death through our class website. I was so happy to connect with him. I was so sorry to learn of his death. From reading entries in this guestbook, I see that Pat was a wonderful, fun, person. I wish I could have gotten to know him better. My memories of Pat are of a fun loving, positive person, who was always willing to lend a hand to others.
