To the family, please accept my heartfelt condolences. I had the pleasure to work for and with Jim and his team for many years. A fair, competent man with a good sense of humor and not afraid to poke a little fun at himself.. He appreciated talent .We proudly accomplished many projects, large and small under his leadership .Jim was an avid angler. One day he asked me to bring my dive gear and go to Lake O' Pines with him and try to retrieve his favorite ( and expensive) rod and reel that a large ,rude fish had relieved him of (picture the red face).Well, he took me to the most moss infested, snakiest looking part of the lake there was. "Dang Jimmy you coulda warned me." "Dont worry I'll keep an eye out for any Gators" he says with a smile. Well the rod and reel was not found, and the cold beer and sandwich was well earned. We had some good laughs about a big bass someday catching an unsuspecting fisherman by thinking he had " found" a nice rod and reel in the water. It was an honor Jim, RIP My Friend Monnie Garner
