I was Shorty's customer at Lively for several years. He was delightful to deal with and generous in expressing his appreciation of his customers. I am sure that he developed much customer loyalty to the Lively organization during his tenure there. I will miss him.

I am very saddened to hear about Shorty. I remember when you first met him and later married him. He was a very good hearted person and never met a stranger. I know you are going to miss him dearly and we will, too. I hope these few words comfort you in some minute way. I just met your nephew 2 weeks ago and I asked him about you and Shorty.
