Don was one of the best friends I have ever had. I enjoyed teaching with him, and making our frequent trips together. His special gift at a teacher was his ability to make the average student think...usually think well beyond what the rest of us thought they could do. Friends like Don are hard to find. My prayer is that you will feel God's presence, and that you know that Don is now in God's care.

Sorry to learn about the death of James Don Summers. This must have been a difficult time for all. Therefore, I am forwarding scripture to bring solace. Psalm 90:10 says that the usual human life span is 70 or 80 years. This was true when Moses wrote it but not so from the beginning. compare Genesis 5:3-32 Hebrews 9:27 says...It is reserved for men to die once for all time.
