Don, Robin, Mrs. Brown & family,
So very sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad and husband. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. May God's love comfort you in the coming days and help to ease the pain of your loss. I was just a little girl when I went to New Hope Church, that is when it was on Chickenfeather and before Texas Utilities took away all the familiarity, but I do remember how nice Mr. Brown was and Mrs. Brown also. And I have always thought so much of y'all through the years, and with my dad and mom both in heaven now, my heart just goes out to you all. Please accept our condolences and may God continue to bless you all..........
Sincerely,
Patti (Dudley) Beall

Wayne and Candy Grant send our thoughts and prayers to all the family.

My father John W. Lee asked me to post this on his behalf, his eyes are not what they used to be. I meet Gus when I was 9 and Gus was 6, we met at the crossroads in Henderson, TX. at Lee Rd. and Marshall St. coming home from school. We soon found out that our parents farms bordered one another and became quick friends. I always thought of Gus as more of a brother than a friend though. Throughout our 81 years of friendship we had many adventures, from childhood mischief, cattle drives, Army days, marriage, and children of our own. You will be missed dear friend.
Betty all our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family at this time.
